Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

After 30 days of purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or other product in exchange.

In order to be eligible for return, QR codes must not have been used. To process the return, please send us the invoice for your order.


Once we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and the amount paid by you will be returned to the account within a few days, depending on the processing time of the bank.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, as it may take a few days for the refunded amount to be visible in your account.

If you have done all this and have not yet received a refund, please contact us.

Products in exchange

We only replace QR codes for which you send us proof of malfunction.
